Darwin integrates with your existing tools and workflows through flexible data import and export options.
Data Import
Excel / CSV Upload
The easiest way to get data into Darwin.
Prepare Your Data
Format your data in Excel or CSV with columns for:
- Entity name
- Data values
- Units
- Categories
Upload
Drag and drop your file into the Data Points section, or click "Import".
Map Columns
Darwin will auto-detect columns. Review and adjust mappings if needed.
Validate
Review imported data and fix any validation errors before saving.
You can copy-paste directly from Excel into the Data Points table. Label and Value columns support direct paste.

Export Options
From any visualization view, click the Export button to:
- Export current view as PDF
- Download underlying data as Excel
- Generate full project report
