Export your biodiversity assessment results for reporting, analysis, or sharing.
Available Export Formats

How to Export
Navigate to Your Results
Go to the Analyse, Compare, or Locate view where you want to export from.
Click Export
Find the Export button, typically in the top-right corner of the view.
Select Format
Choose your preferred format from the dropdown menu.
Configure Options
Select what to include:
- All entities or selected subset
- Summary or detailed breakdown
- Include methodology notes
Download
Click Generate and the file will download to your device.
Export by View
From Analyse View
- Entity-level footprint details
- Commodities, pressures, and impacts tabs
- Individual entity reports
From Compare View
- Aggregated dashboards
- Top contributors (pressures, suppliers, products)
- Data quality breakdown
From Locate View
- Map screenshots
- Site location data
- Environmental layer overlays
Tips for Better Exports
For Excel exports: Data is organized in multiple sheets - one for each data type (commodities, pressures, impacts).
For PDF reports: Use "Full Report" option to include methodology and data quality notes for external stakeholders.
